Terms of delivery and return
Every Villeriina.net vendor has their own delivery and return terms related to their products. Villeriina.net is a marketplace, it does not deliver physical products, so each vendor is responsible for delivering their products separately according to the orders received.

Prices
Product prices include value added tax, so that the customer can see the complete price of products in search, product pages and shopping cart.
Value added tax amount depends on product type and if the vendor is registered to tax register. Normal products are 24% tax class, but for example art is 10% tax class. Shipping fees use the value added tax class of products in order.
Shipping methods and costs
Villeriina.net enables several delivery methods (e.g. Post, local Finnish services, DB Schenker, UPS, GLS) and pick-up from vendor.
It is up to each vendor to decide which delivery methods they wish to use and to which countries they will deliver their products. Check the shipping time and policies from the product page before purchase.
Cancellation of the purchase
The majority of online selling products have a 14-day right of order cancellation, during which the consumer can cancel the transaction without a specific reason. Note that the right of withdrawal period may be longer or may be missing, for example for certain types of digital products. See more on the Finnish Consumer Agency’s website.
Returning products
In online store, companies must offer a 14-day return policy on their unused products. Please note that the return may not be free of charge to the customer, or the vendor may have set conditions such as condition or packaging – please check the vendor-specific terms on product page before purchase.
