Payment Terms
You have several payment options. Villeriina.net or payment gateways don’t charge the buyer for purchase transactions, this payment gateway usage cost goes to product vendor. Please notice that e.g. currency exchange or returning products may have a special charge.
Paytrail payment terms
Villeriina.net marketplace uses Paytrail service to offer versatile payment options for customers.
Paytrail is a safe way of payment for you. It has a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7).
Paytrail payment gateway transfers your payment to vendor. After purchase, you will see Paytrail Oyj as an invoicer on your account statement or credit card invoice.
Villeriina.net marketplace vendors ship the products directly to customers, according to the order, without intermediaries. The vendors each take care of the statutory and other obligations related to the sales transaction.
Bank transfers
You will have all Finnish bank payment buttons at your service. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken payment buttons.
You will be directed to make your payment safely in your own e-bank. On your account statement you will see Paytrail as payment receiver and they will transfer the payment to the vendor.
Credit card payments
You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. International authentication services: Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey will be used. Paytrail will be showing as payment receiver on card invoice and transfers the payment to the vendor. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information will not be stored by the marketplace.
Mobile payments
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are mobile application services, which you can use to pay online purchases directly from your bank account or as card payment by approving the payment in the mobile application. Additionally, Pivo can handle also Siirto payments, and then you can accept payment in any application that supports Siirto.
Invoicing and installment services
We offer the opportunity to use via invoice and instalments via Walley. When choosing an invoice as a payment method and you’ll be granted the opportunity for instalments and you’ll receive the items before the payment.
You can pay the whole amount at once or, if you’re granted the opportunity to pay using overdraft, divide the payment into instalments by paying at least the minimum amount shown on the invoice by the due by date. To pay the bill in instalments it is provided that after receiving you invoice, you’ll sign a credit agreement with Walley by signing in on your Own Page at my.walley.fi (not available in English.)
When choosing to pay with invoice or overdraft, you can only make an order to your permanent address found in the population register. You must, at the time of the order, be 18 years of age or older ja Walley will make a credit check at the time of the order. The first instalment is without extra cost. The interest for the instalment payment is 1,66% a month (annual interest rate 19,9%). You may pay the whole end sum on the due by date or if prefer, choose 1-36 months instalment plans. You may also choose to pay instalments with larger amounts.
Delayed payments will be charged legal reminder fees and collection costs as well as interest from the delayed time. You can find the full terms and conditions about Walley Invoice and instalments from the following links: Terms and SECCI (in Finnish).
Payment returns
If you want to complain or return the product, you should contact the vendor from whom the product was ordered directly. You can contact them e.g. by using Contact button on the store page. In case of any issues, you can contact the website administration via info[ @ ]villeriina.net or by calling +358 40 523 4236.
If you selected Walley invoice as the payment method, the refund will be made directly to the credit granted to you. If you return some of the products in your order, you will still need to pay the remaining amount on the invoice with the billing fee after the return. If you return all the products in your order, the invoice will be cancelled in full and you will not have to pay the billing fee.
