User group: Small company VIP

Sales commission 8 % + payment gateway fee

Max 100 products/services, also product sets /grouped products and downloadable products.

Regular product marketing.

Ad space on Villeriina front page.

Ad on Villeriina newsletter 1/kk (we send newsletters max 2/month).

Montly fee 59 € (incl. VAT 24%).

User group: Custom order products and services

When you want to advertise only products or services made-to-order. That is products / services that don’t have a fixed price.

Max 10 products/services.

Montly fee 12 € (incl. VAT 24%).

Payment gateway fee

Payment gateway fee is charged according to Checkout Finland Pro-pricelist (e.g. Finnish netbank. 0,55 €).

Checkout Finland transfers sales commission automatically to Villeriina and sales revenue to your account. Villeriina does not handle payments or store payment card information.

I've always gotten help when needed. Many times I have been thinking that it was good that I did not end up making my own webstore in Holvi. I would not have had help. And I think it's good that many artesans have products in the same place.

How to open my own store?

Register as vendor (My account icon in header) You will need a Finnish business ID.
Add your terms of delivery and returning and other settings.
We send email to your from Checkout Finland web service, where you can make a contract for payment gateway online. Add your company information and sign electronically. Checkout Finland checks company data (1-2 workdays)
While waiting for the contract you can add products to your store. We will publish your products when contract on payments is ready.
Inform admin (info[@]villeriina.net) , how you wish to setup shipping fees and we will configure them for you.
When you get “Contract is ready” email from Checkout Finland, we publish your products and add payment buttons – and store is open!

Creating a store was very fast, of course I got my product descriptions copied from my own webstore, but in all ways it was very easy and clear, just followed the instructions!

You can use any shipping service. You can use also free-of-charge Shipit interface, if you have a free contract with Shipit. This makes order update very easy, helps selling abroad and Finnish customer can select the pick-up point for their parcel.
Your products are visible also in Villeriina Facebook and Instagram stores.
You can maximise your product visibility in Villeriina by adding them to several categories and using ready-made tags like “ecological”. Customers can filter search results by tags and for example tag “Gift for a man” brings the product to corresponding gift tip page.
Website has been made customer first and it is being developed continuously.

We will take care of all technical side of the webstore, like data security, servers, backups, updates and so on. We take care that data is stored to Finland, to Finnish hosting service. The email services we use store data only inside EU.
